Mudrá Madrid is the first location of this concept in Europe. It merges design and art, and also presents the future of plant based food.

The aim was to express a feeling through the space, various emotions that people can experience at the time they are at the restaurant. A place that people would find energizing and stimulating, especially inspiring and uplifting. That combined with sweetness, a sweetness that is almost empowering. The energy from something sweet is good for the body, mind and spirit.
