Oleada is a Plant-Based Mexican food concept. Inspired by the ancestral Mexican lands, this project took the spirit of the native foods and products of the land and merged with the art of chef Matthew Kenney to surprise its guests with a journey of unique sensations through the palate. 

For the interior design, the focus was to transmit an organic experience that fuses the sea and the desert, with a color palette composed by different shades of terracotta (inspired by the San Miguel de Allende town in Mexico), which coexists in harmony with the deep blue of the sea, both colors present in tables, chairs, walls, bars and its wooden floor. 

For this concept, it was mainly sought to emphasize an experience that transports to the organic, sustainable and natural world. All the decoration details were made by hand, especially the art installation located on the ceiling, a wave made with wicker branches tied together.
